Sampling comments: two "Live-trapping sections 140 m (459 ft) long and 40 m (131 ft) wide, each containing 75 stations were established on the ends of the [empty] central area. The [two] side sections 180 m (590 ft) long and 40 m (131 ft) wide each contained 95 stations... Trapping was conducted with Longworth live traps... prebaited with whole oats for 3 days" (total trapping effort 2 x 75 + 2 x 95 = 340 trap nights)
