The second survey commenced two weeks after the regulation was issued, and it was carried out for seven months, between October 2011 and April 2012. For the first survey, 178 Trophy Cams (Bushnell Outdoor Products, Kansas, USA) were set up, and 186 cameras for the second survey. The cameras were set at 100 m intervals... An attractant was set on the ground in front of each camera station... Each attractant included a small piece of dried squid and fish sausage"
